This Shipping Policy explains how and when we send out your order, how long delivery usually takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. AluxClean is a United States-focused online store offering home, pet, and car cleaning tools and accessories. We are operated by a China-based cross-border seller and ship directly to customers across the United States. All prices on our store are listed in US dollars (USD).

Order Processing Time
After you place an order, we need a short amount of time to prepare it before it ships. We aim to process and pack most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include weekends or US public holidays.
- Orders placed late in the day, over a weekend, or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping (transit) time. Your total time to delivery is the processing time plus the shipping time described below.
If we expect a longer-than-usual delay in processing your order (for example, during a busy sale period), we will try to let you know by email at the address you provided at checkout.
Where We Ship
AluxClean currently focuses on serving customers in the United States, and our shipping options are designed for US delivery addresses.
- We ship to addresses throughout the United States.
- Delivery to other countries may be available on request. If you would like to order from outside the United States, please contact us at support@aluxclean.shop before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can ship to your location and provide an estimated cost and delivery time.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
Because AluxClean is a cross-border seller, your order ships internationally before it reaches your door in the United States. We work with established shipping carriers to deliver your items to you.
- Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Including order processing, most orders arrive within roughly 8-17 business days from the date you place them.
- This estimate reflects standard cross-border shipping and includes the time the package spends in international transit and with the local US carrier for final delivery.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within this window, but some may arrive a little sooner or take a little longer depending on factors outside our control, such as carrier handling and customs clearance.
We want to be honest about timelines: cross-border shipping naturally takes longer than domestic shipping from a US warehouse. We appreciate your patience, and we are happy to help if you have questions about where your order is.
Shipping Costs
Your exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase, so you will always know the total price before you pay. Shipping charges, along with any applicable taxes, are displayed during checkout in US dollars (USD).
- The shipping cost may depend on the items in your cart and your delivery destination.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping, such as on orders over a certain dollar amount. If a free-shipping threshold or promotion applies to your order, it will be reflected automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
We want you to be able to follow your order on its journey to you.
- Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number along with a link or instructions for tracking your package.
- Please allow a short time after shipping for the tracking information to become active, as it can take a few days for the first carrier scan to appear.
- Please enter a valid email address at checkout so you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details. We also recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since your order ships to the United States from overseas, it passes through US customs as an imported package.
- If any import duties, customs fees, or taxes are charged by the relevant authorities, the buyer (you) is responsible for paying them. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not set or collected by AluxClean.
- Any applicable sales taxes on your purchase will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and Transit Delays
While we do everything we reasonably can to ship and deliver your order on time, some delays are outside our control. Delivery may take longer than the usual estimate due to factors such as:

- Carrier-related delays, high shipping volumes, or transportation backlogs.
- Customs inspections or clearance processing.

Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages
Occasionally a package may be delayed, appear stuck in tracking, or seem to have gone missing in transit. If your order is taking longer than expected or the tracking has not updated in a while, please do not worry, and please do not hesitate to contact us.
- First, check your tracking link for the latest status and estimated delivery date.
- If your package appears stuck, significantly delayed, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at support@aluxclean.shop with your order number.
- Our team will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include locating your package or arranging an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery location and with neighbors or your building, then contact us so we can help look into it with the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout, and an accurate, complete address helps your package arrive without problems.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an address error provided at checkout, but we will always do our best to help you get your order.
