Welcome to AluxClean. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AluxClean website, including any pages, content, products, and services we offer (together, the "Site"). AluxClean ("AluxClean," "we," "us," or "our") is a cross-border online store that sells cleaning tools and accessories for your home, pets, and car to customers in the United States. Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding legal agreement between you and AluxClean.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the moment you place an order applies to that purchase. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To buy from AluxClean, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for your activity and any purchases.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Your Account

You can shop with us as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details and password confidential.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Letting us know promptly at support@aluxclean.shop if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been used to break these Terms, to commit fraud, or in a way that harms AluxClean, our customers, or others.

4. Products, Pricing, and Availability

4.1 Our Products

AluxClean offers cleaning tools and accessories such as pet hair remover grooming gloves, crevice cleaning brush sets, microfiber cleaning cloths, wheel and tire detailing brushes, under-sink silicone mats, and laundry pet-hair catcher balls, among others. We describe our products as accurately as we reasonably can, but we do not promise that every description, image, or detail is completely error-free.

4.2 Pricing in USD

All prices on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The total you pay may include applicable taxes, which are calculated and shown to you at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy.

4.3 Right to Change Prices and Limit Quantities

We may change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. We may also limit the quantity of any product you can buy per order, per account, or during a promotion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, that exceed quantity limits, or that we reasonably suspect involve fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items to your original payment method.

4.4 Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for that item to your original payment method.

5. Product Images and Color Disclaimer

The product photos on the Site are representative concept images intended to show the general look and use of an item. Actual products may differ in color, finish, texture, packaging, or minor design details. Differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography can also affect how colors appear. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not considered a defect.

6. Orders, Payment, and Authorization

6.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We will send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we received your order. A binding contract is formed only when we accept your order and begin processing it. We may decline an order for reasons including product unavailability, a suspected pricing error, payment problems, or suspected fraud.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment by major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed and authorized before we process and ship your order.

6.3 Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method, and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. If your payment cannot be processed or is later declined, reversed, or charged back, we may cancel or hold your order.

6.4 Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Because we ship cross-border, delivery within the United States usually takes 7-15 business days after processing. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees; actual delivery may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. 7. Shipping and Transfer of Risk

We arrange shipping of your order to the address you provide. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for orders delayed or delivered to an incorrect address that you supplied.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@aluxclean.shop so we can help resolve the issue, work with the carrier, and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by this section.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return for reasons such as hygiene or safety. 9. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to view and use the Site for your own shopping and personal purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use our trademarks or content for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.

We may restrict, suspend, or end your access to the Site if you engage in any of this conduct.

11. Product-Use Disclaimer and Safety

Our products are cleaning tools and accessories. To use them safely and get the best results, you agree to:

• Follow the instructions and labels that come with each product, including any cleaning solution, brush, glove, mat, or accessory.
• Keep products away from children and pets when not in use, and supervise any use around them.
• Spot-test first. Before using a product on any surface, fabric, vehicle finish, pet, or material, test it on a small, hidden area to make sure it is suitable and will not cause damage, discoloration, or a reaction.
• Use each product only for its intended purpose and not in any way the label or instructions warn against.

You are responsible for choosing products that are appropriate for your particular surfaces, materials, vehicles, and pets, and for using them with reasonable care. If your pet has sensitive skin or a health condition, consider checking with a veterinarian before using grooming or cleaning products on them.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any product will meet your specific expectations or be suitable for every surface, material, or use. Nothing in this section removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AluxClean and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AluxClean and its officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any policy referenced in them.
• Your misuse of the Site or any product, including failure to follow product labels, instructions, or the safety guidance in Section 11.
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of the U.S. state in which you reside.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, the law, or our business practices. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated through the Site. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
